Summary: Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget.
